Production Process of Packing Material for Food
Extrusion
After heated, plastic pellets are extruded into plates.
Equipment Capability: there are five plate processing lines in this factory; the maximal width is up to 1200 mm; 800 tons of plates are produced; these plates fit the needs of spacers for large size.
Thickness Measurer
It is for monitoring the thickness of plates.

Cutting Master Plates
After formed, plates are visually inspected by staff. During the production process, the thickness of plates will be monitored at any time by the sensor of thickness measurer.
Storage at Warehouses
Due to the characteristics of plastics, semi-products need time to cool down, so master plates will be stored in the storage area after production.
Cutting with High-precision
Plates will be cut by high-precision cutting machines to fit customers’ needs for specification.
Equipment Capability: there are 4 processing lines of cutting in this factory.
IPQC
Full Inspection + Dust Removal
Products will be visually inspected and dust will be removed in clean rooms.
Packing
In clean rooms, products will be packed in internal bags and internal labels will be attached. Products packed in PE bags will be moved out of clean rooms and scheduled for shipment.
